The daily dose consists of 2 tablets: a red morning tablet and a yellow night tablet. DIRECTION OF USE:

AM Tablet: Take 1 Red tablet during or after a meal in the morning with water.
PM Tablet: Take 1 Yellow tablet before sleeping with water.
