What is nutraceutical?
A food or part of a food that allegedly provides medicinal or health benefits, including the prevention and treatment of disease. A nutraceutical may be a naturally nutrient-rich or medicinally active food, such as Dietary supplements.
Are Nutraceutical Therapies products safe and effective?
A nutraceutical product may be defined as a substance, which has physiological benefit or provides protection against chronic disease. Nutraceuticals may be used to improve health, delay the aging process, prevent chronic diseases, increase life expectancy, or support the structure or function of the body.
How do I know that Nutraceutical Therapies products actually contain the ingredients listed on the packaging?
All of our products are produced at a Certified Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) Facility and are tested by an independent third-party laboratory for quality and purity prior to release.
Can different Nutraceutical Therapies products be used together?
Yes, all of our products are designed to be either used alone or with any or all, of our other products.
How is Klr.Fit any different than all of the other supplement companies out there?
We are wholly owned, and all of our products are formulated, by Medical Physicians. We personally research all of our formulations using the most recent clinical data and incorporate only clinically-studied ingredients in our products. Many companies do use clinically-studied ingredients, but at a fraction of the effective dose, which keeps production costs low, and profits high. At Klr.Fit, our goal is Quality and Efficacy, not the bottom line.
Will I have to adjust dosing over time to maintain the effectiveness of your products?
No, all of our products have been extensively studied and there is no evidence that a tolerance to any of our products will develop over time. Some of our products will have a range of effective doses, as indicated by suggested use on the bottle, and some people will require larger doses than others; however, you should not exceed the recommended dosages.
What are the ingredients in Klr.Fit Protein products?
Klr.Fit Protein Supplements are comprised of balanced blends of Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrates, Peptides, Thermogenic and Mass building ingredients as per the product and Goal. Additionally, to make sure it tastes well too, it also contains natural flavours, acesulfame potassium (calorie-free sugar substitute, stabilizer and sunflower lecithin).
What is the difference between Whey Concentrate and Whey Isolate?
Whey Protein Isolate is extracted by further purification of Whey Protein Concentrate via removal of lactose and fat making it a purer source of protein. This Whey Protein Isolate is 90-94 % protein. As whey concentrates contain significant amounts of lactose, anyone with severe lactose intolerance should avoid them.
Since isolates undergo more processing, they can lose immune-boosting factors found in concentrates and are more expensive; on the other side, they contain a higher amount of protein per serving.
Who should consume Protein Supplements?
Protein supplements can be consumed by anyone looking to meet their body’s protein demands. It is a great source of protein for vegetarians and individuals who have difficulty meeting the daily protein requirement through dietary (food) sources.
Consuming the right amount of protein creates an ideal condition for muscle growth.
It is recommended to consult your health/ nutrition consultant to understand your body’s exact requirement as per your fitness goal, body type, exercise regimen etc.
When should Whey Protein be consumed?
Whey Protein gives best results when consumed immediately after workout as a post-workout meal. This helps in quick repair and growth of broken muscles and a quick speedy recovery. This speedy recovery is a result of its natural high concentration of BCAA & Glutamine (amino acids).
Alternatively, to meet the proteins needs of the day It can also be taken in:
• Pre-workout meals to fuel the muscles during a workout;
• Early morning to reduce the overnight muscles breakdown;
• Bed time to help sustained release of amino acids throughout the night.
What is the shelf life?
Our Products are packed with freshness as the entire process from processing to packaging is carried out in 24 hours. Our Products have a shelf life of 18 Months.
What is ‘My Account’? How do I update my information?
It is easy to update your Klr.Fit account and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’. My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions on Klr.Fit . Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password, track the status of your orders and your wishlist.
I forgot my login password. What to do?
Go to the Sign In page and click on Forgot my password. You will receive an email on your registered email id with instructions on creating a new password.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section
In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the ‘Order Number’ link.
How do I pay for an order?
Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and RuPay credit cards.
To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment
Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and RuPay debit cards.
To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number . You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Klr.Fit?
There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Klr.Fit . The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won’t be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
Net Banking 2-4 business days
Debit Card 5-7 business days
Credit Card 7-21 business days
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

How do you ship your orders?
We deliver our orders through multiple shipping providers throughout India.
Do you ship to international locations?
We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.
How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?
Most of the orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from your ‘My Account’ section at the top right corner on our website www.Klr.Fit . Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.
How long do you take to dispatch an order?
We dispatch the order on the same or the next day of order placement.
At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over email or call to keep you updated.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping i.e. zero shipping charges.
What is Klr.Fit’s Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation is only possible if your order has not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order, toggle to your order history and click “cancel” for the order(s) you wish to cancel. You will get a confirmation message within 30 minutes. For prepaid orders, the order amount shall be refunded back to your original mode of payment within 2-5 business days. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

I just canceled my order. When will I receive my refund?
Once your request for cancellation is received and successfully processed, we will initiate the refund. Usually, for prepaid orders, it takes 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
What is the general return policy on Klr.Fit?
In order to ensure your satisfaction, Klr.Fit offers a 14 day return window wherein you can return all products within 14 days from the day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products should be in its original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with a doctor before buying the product.
What should I do if I receive a Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?
If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at [email protected] or call us on +91 9287000008 within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
