While there’s no cure for Corona yet, here are some natural fruits and vegetables you can eat to strengthen your immune system.

Exercise, diet and stress levels, each affects your body’s immune response. But nothing is more important than diet. When your body is fueled by the right nutrients and vitamins, it can fight infection much better.

 Orange

This affordable, tasty food is a great immunity booster. Besides being rich in Vitamin C, Orange gets its color from Beta Carotene, which is an excellent source of Vitamin A. Oranges are known to reduce the risk of respiratory diseases, and is the perfect food to eat at this time.

Kiwi

Besides its wonderful color and delicious taste, Kiwi improves immunity by promoting the growth of healthy gut bacteria, also called microbiome. These bacteria control and improve our body’s response to diseases.

Papaya

A potent source of Vitamin A, B, C and K, Papayas are excellent immunity boosters. It is even said that an average Papaya provides you almost double your daily requirement of vitamins!
