Whey Protein Isolate is extracted by further purification of Whey Protein Concentrate via removal of lactose and fat making it a purer source of protein. This Whey Protein Isolate is 90-94 % protein. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. Once your request for cancellation is received and successfully processed, we will initiate the refund. Usually, for prepaid orders, it takes 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

In order to ensure your satisfaction, Klr.Fit offers a 14 day return window wherein you can return all products within 14 days from the day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products should be in its original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with a doctor before buying the product.

If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description on our website or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at [email protected] or call us on +91 9287000008 within 14 days of receipt of the product. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange, as per your request.
