        Cancellation Policy

        Cancellation is only possible if your order has not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order, navigate to your order history and click ‘Cancel’ for the order(s) you wish to cancel. You will get a confirmation message within 30 minutes. For prepaid orders, the order amount shall be refunded back to your original mode of payment within 2–5 business days.         Return Policy

        Return, Replacement and Refund

        All products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the user by KLR.FIT may be returned to KLR.FIT in accordance with the terms contained in this policy.

        However, no products will be accepted by KLR.FIT if:

        • The products have been damaged by the user;
        • There is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the product;
        • As per KLR.FIT, the product returned is not the product that was delivered; or
        • Any other circumstances that the Website and/or KLR.FIT may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
        Conditions for Return / Exchange

        In case of returns or exchanges, the following conditions must be met:

        • Return or exchange must be initiated within 12 calendar days of order delivery.
        • The tags on the product must be intact.
        • The product must be unused and in an undamaged condition.
        • The item must be returned along with the original packaging.
        • If KLR.FIT does not offer pickup of the items, the user may return the package using any courier service of their choice.

        Self-Shipment Process

        You will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place the invoice inside the package. For all returns, the customer will have to bear all shipping costs. Please ensure that a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt is shared via email to [email protected]. The courier bill/receipt must satisfy the following conditions for successful processing:

        • It must capture the weight of the return package.
        • Residential/office address, destination address, shipment date, and other details must be clearly mentioned.
        • The information on the receipt must NOT be edited or overwritten.

        This is subject to your returns being inspected and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

        Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

        If an item is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order and the description on our website, customers must escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a picture of the packaging and products to [email protected] or call on +91-9287000008 within those 48 hours (excluding gazetted holidays and Sundays). You will need to self-ship the product to the address below:

        After successful inspection, KLR.FIT will issue either a full or partial refund, or a replacement item, as per your request. Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product. Please note that the usual 12 calendar day return policy does not apply in these cases.

        In case the claimed shipment was not delivered to KLR.FIT or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the user to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistics service provider to establish their claim of return. Non-receipt of the product by KLR.FIT may result in no refund or exchange being issued to the user. The user waives any claims against KLR.FIT in this regard.

        Additional Notes
        • Courier charges will not be refunded and the user will have to bear the charges.
        • FIT will not be liable for products returned by mistake. In circumstances where a product not belonging to KLR.FIT is returned by mistake, KLR.FIT is not accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.
        • All products ordered by the user shall be eligible to be replaced in accordance with KLR.FIT’s replacement policy if the product delivered is damaged, soiled, or is different from the product specifications mentioned on the Website.
        Refund Policy
        • Refund, if any, shall be made within 12 working days of receipt of the returned product by KLR.FIT, through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
        • For payments made through electronic means such as debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet, etc., the refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
        • All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
